1. What you are charged

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You will be charged on the same day each month using the payment method on file.
2. Paying in instalments
Instalment options such as Klarna may appear at checkout. If you use one, Klarna pays us and you repay Klarna on their schedule and under their terms. Missed instalments are between you and Klarna. Any refund we owe you is returned through the original payment route.
3. Ad spend
Ad spend is never billed by us. It is charged by Meta directly to your own ad account, stays your money, and is not part of any refund calculation.
4. The guarantee, in money terms
- Miss the target in a given month → you do not pay the monthly fee for that month. If it has already been taken, we refund or credit it within 10 business days.
- Miss the 90-day mark entirely → a free month, and you can walk immediately with no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- The initial start fee is not refundable once build work has begun, because it pays for work already delivered.
The guarantee assumes your side of section 4 of the Terms is met: access granted, ad spend funded at or above $700/month, content supplied, and accurate revenue figures shared. Where those are missing, the clock pauses rather than the guarantee failing.
5. Cancelling
Email sethevanswork@gmail.com or text (678) 348-6314. Cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for — we do not pro-rate part-months, and you keep access for the rest of that period.
On cancellation we hand back your ad accounts, flows, and creative, and remove our access within 5 business days.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. If it stays unpaid for 7 days we may pause work until it clears. Nothing is deleted during a pause.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Talk to us first — nearly everything is fixable in a message. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is a breach of the Terms and may result in suspension and recovery of costs.
8. Taxes
Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT, or similar charge, which will be added where required.
